Life can be challenging — I mean, we’ve learned that the past 13 months in COVID-19! Grace is in order for most of us!
Sometimes hardships can leave us feeling lost and alone. It can feel like God has forgotten about us, because no-one can truly understand our unique plight in the world.
And an even more dangerous feeling is sometimes it feels like we are being targeted, often asking ourselves if we are cursed. I’ve been there! It can be challenging to help ourselves during these harsh times.
Today, we are going to take a look at some mindsets and habits you can build to boost your mood and help yourself out when life gets hard.
As you know (or maybe you don’t know), I’m not a psychotherapist, spiritual healer, or philosopher. But, I have spent thousands of dollars on myself and continue to do so to get better and build up my toolkit for the next curve ball life will undoubtedly throw.
